All standard New Zealand orders are generally shipped within 48 hours.
You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number once your items have been collected from the store.

Rural delivery within New Zealand (most homeware goods) - $15.00
These flat rates exclude bulky items (please see below for more info).
We do not ship to PO Boxes.

Delivery times are estimates only. Odell Home cannot be held liable for unavoidable delays in the delivery of your order. If you have not received your order within 10 working days of your items being shipped, please contact us so we can follow up with the courier company.

CLICK & COLLECT
We offer free click and collect from our Cambridge store - weekdays 9:30am - 4:30pm, and Saturday 10am - 2pm.
Please choose this option at checkout.
Click and collect is not available for furniture items.
We offer free gift wrapping on all orders (excluding bulky items). Please let us know in the 'Notes' section at checkout.
Odell Home must be notified in advance of the return, including your name, receipt and reason for return. We will provide you with a store credit or exchange for full priced purchases under the following conditions:
The goods must be in unused saleable condition and in original packaging with proof of purchase The goods must be returned to us within 14 days from date of purchase. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a credit or exchange.
Original shipping charges will not be refunded. A further delivery charge will be required for sending out all exchanges. If the product has been damaged in transit please notify us immediately and we will contact the delivery provider to resolve any claims.
As most furniture is a special order please choose carefully as furniture purchases for change of mind or non-suitability are no able to be exchanged or refunded.
If a good is faulty we will meet our legal obligations to remedy the issue.
